Biography
Alain Noujaim obtained an LLB and a Masters in private French and Lebanese law from Saint Joseph University. He holds two Masters in Business Law from Saint Joseph University and Jean Moulin and from Filiere Francophone de Droit and Aix Marseilles, an Executive Masters in Finance Specialized in Financial Markets from ESA and Rotterdam school of Management and is a Ph.D Candidate in Financial Law related to Intellectual Property at Paris II.
Currently a lawyer and managing partner at Noujaim Law office, he contributed to circulars and laws related to finance, private equity and to the implementation of regulations related to startups in Lebanon with the Central Bank.
He worked on numerous complex financial transactions in the banking and financial sector as well as in the corporate sector.
In addition, he is contributing actively to the development of the Startups ecosystem in Lebanon.
